After many stays here I have found this hotel to be consistent in service, cleanliness, and food quality. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Showers always have good pressure. A very busy location. I've never had a bad experience here.
Beds need to be replaced....mattress sinks in, no firmness at all. Elevator also need to be updated...buttons on panel are finicky, multiple presses to have floor selected. Fitness room needs a major redo. Free weights are rusting away, equipment worn, no proper area to do stretches. Breaksfat's saving grace was the egg station. Other standard fare not much to expect.
Stayed as part of a tour. A bit off the airport and about 6 miles from cruise terminal, prob thd best location for our needs. Onsite beakfast was ok, but not that memorable. Pharmacy and supermarket about 15 mins walk away
Major problem I’m having. Charging 3 dollars for having an item shipped to the building. They will not give you your item without paying 3 dollars. As a paying customer. I should not be charged for something I paid for. That would be called thug theft. Take my product. I paid for and make me pay you for it. Does not show anywhere in any of the paperwork or booking info that that will happen. Older building. Great front staff. Front staff does not hold packages. Extremely busy area. Not much in the food selection. Target right around the corner.
Very nice hotel. Very accommodating. Clean and presentable. Lobby is often packed. Don't get anything delivered here, the fees are substantial.
Easy access to the airport and about 25 minutes to the cruise port. Several different eatery options. The M club concierge area had access to the breakfast buffet but other than a week night appetizer option it wasn't as nice as other concierge rooms we've been to. The staff was very nice though. The price was a bit high too.
The rooms are clean, and very close to the airport. We stayed there for 1 night to connect to our flight the following morning. The shuttle service is great and reliable. They've got a nice gym, nice restaurants and the staff is great. We had an elderly gentleman serve us at the bar and he was just exceptional. The coffee shop is also great. The young man who served us was so pleasant and polite. Overall a great experience everytime. Oh the chicken wings was fabulous.. lol
The location is great, a Mecca of Marriott hotels in common secured parking lot and gas station next door to top off rental car. Hotel airport shuttles also available. For Miami and the age of the hotel, I was surprised that it was as clean as it was. Bed was a little hard and covers were light. My only complaint is for some reason the bathroom has ceiling tiles that were drenched with water and dripping cold water while you’re in a hot shower. Bathroom is also quite small compared to the rooms size.
